Terms of Service

1. What BigDevs is

BigDevs is a marketplace for digital products aimed at Roblox developers: game templates, Luau systems, UI packs, 3D assets, VFX, audio and similar content ("Products"). By creating an account or purchasing a Product you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, license violations or chargeback misuse.

3. Purchases and delivery

Products are delivered digitally to your account library immediately after payment confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout; payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) — we never store card details.

By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content), the right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun. Refunds for defective or misrepresented Products are handled through our support system.

4. Licenses

Products are licensed, not sold. The scope of use depends on the license tier you purchase (Personal, Single Experience or Commercial) as described on the Licensing page and on each Product page. You may not redistribute, resell or share Product files outside the licensed scope.

5. Acceptable use

• No sharing of accounts or downloaded files.
• No attempts to bypass download limits, payment verification or license restrictions.
• No use of Products in experiences that violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.

6. BigDevs and Roblox

BigDevs is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

7. Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
