Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, hashed password, optional country.
• Order data — purchased products, order totals, billing country. Card details go directly to Stripe or PayPal and never touch our servers.
• Delivery data — download events with a hashed IP address and browser user-agent, used for abuse prevention and license enforcement.
• Support data — tickets and messages you send us.

2. Why we process it

To operate your account and library (contract performance), to prevent fraud and file sharing (legitimate interest), to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Processors

We share the minimum necessary data with: Stripe and PayPal (payments), Resend (transactional email), our database and object-storage hosting providers. Each processor handles data under its own privacy terms and data-processing agreements.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are retained as required by tax law. Download logs are kept for abuse prevention and pruned periodically. Deleting your account removes personal data not subject to a legal retention duty.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Open a ticket from the Support page and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies are set, which is why there is no cookie banner.
